A little bit of rain didn't stop those with true TITANIC values braving Dukes Meadow on the morning of 7th June. Clearly forecasts of rain, thunder and lightening were not enough to keep spme away from their Saturday morning 'fix'.
However, the winners were clearly happy to be in the clubhouse just before the heavens opened again.
Jenny swept the board for the Ladies, taking Nearest-the-Pin as well as the win for a cool seven points. Frank was pushed hard by the Par 3 Director but a par, par finish was enough to see off the chasing pack. Phil got his own back by taking the Mens' Nearest-the-Pin by a yard or two from Frank.
