Sutton Green was a fine venue for hosting the Presidents Cup, but unfortunately the President was missing and the cup was missing too. Still the Titans loss is Deeks gain as he gets to keep it for a second year having left it on the kitchen table. But the moanmeister was in great form as his first game in a year found that he had lost none of his swagger, but the swagger didn't help his swing much.

But the star of the show was the returning Martin Wyn Griffith who stole in from leafy surrey to grab a Million and go. Well done Martin - your handicap is definitely moving this time!

But in a year beset by controversy, there was more anguish at Titans Towers as yet another financial crisis loomed.
This time the shadow of suspicion fell upon IOC member Phil Schick whose steady climb up the money table to second place was questioned when rumours began around the alleged conversion of funds into Titans Bitcoins which were traded at Titans Towers into Titans dollars.

Titans Finance Director - Loadsamoney Nash - released a "no Comment" statement from his luxurious home on the Wentworth Estate. When pressed he said that "Titans Bitcoins" were worth much more than the Euro and certainly much more that the money hole prize.. President Frank Blatter - suspiciously relaxing on his sea-going yacht "Titanicus Coverup" explained that the Titans Bitcoin was an attempt to cash in on the famous Titans brand, but that forces unknown (allegedly  P Schick) were accumulating stockpiles of the purple lucre. Investigations continue.

Meanwhile the disgraced Schick shamelessly celebrated his second place by picking up £700k of real Titan dollars claiming that second was always best. Nick Bell collected 3rd place, nearest the pin and long drive to become the Titan with the most balls on the day. Keith celebrated his super titans success by screwing up his next round but did have the consolation of picking up NP2. Sam D collected his now traditional LD and Greg collected the money prize in an otherwise tragic round.
