The Titans ever grumpy veteren moaned about having two one pointers, but of course forgot about the other 42 points accumulated on a tricky Wycombe Heights course.

In the race for Merrist Wood, Neil Cannon marginally increased his lead over a lack lustre VP. But it is still up for grabs.
In second place was Martin (almost a winner) Griffiths and in third place was the resurgent Greg McErlean. Tod Lockard made some amends for a disappointing Ryder Cup thrashing for the US team by claiming 4th place for team USA, and returning Matt Bassano should obviously take a year off again if it means that he will again claim 5th place and Long Drive (18+).

Neil Cannon took a creditable 6th place and Long Drive (0-17) but VP was annoyed not just with losing 230,000 dollars to his main rival, but also by his adversary drawing goatee admiration from the Shadowy presence of the Prez.
Shot of the day went to ex Beach Boy Andre McLaughlin who thinned his second to the 16th and the 100mph rocket hit the pin and dropped down to win NP2 for Andre!
After stepping outside of the "Shadow", Paul T summed up his year as captain and promised great things for the winner at Merrist Wood. Shame that Paul misses out on this one but his colleagues thank him for a great year.
