Fay won the ladies competition for the second week of the year with Keith coming in one ahead of the other men.

Biggest shock of the day was Will not getting his customary birdie however nearest the pin was some compensation.

The Titans are obviously an adaptable lot as scores in the monthly 3 club event were pretty good. It is rumoured that Kevin Geary has been seen experimenting at Dukes with double headed clubs in a bid to win this winter.

Despite the cold, Fay and Will managed their way around Dukes on Saturday.

Despite 5 birdies - none by Will - his consistent scoring (only one 4 and one 5) won the day.

Fay also had a consistent round and would have taken points if the rounds had been combined.

On a crisp sunny morning at Dukes Doreen became the First Lady in decades to hit the green at the ninth and then doubled up by winning the ladies competition.

Graham was smiling all the way as he carded a great score. Looks happy in this shot.

Many of the titans were showing off their skills.

Well, no surprises here then! Once again Annabelle's coaching of Will ensured that they both managed to win the Par 3 earlier to-day and, not surprisingly, both took Best Gross as well.

Nina managed to 'nick' the Ladies' Nearest-the-Pin as did Phil for the Men.

15 Titans went out and just beat the rain to get and away before it came tumbling down around 1100.

VPs 36 pts was good enough to lift the Ray Kalnins memorial trophy at a very windy Hertfordshire. 27 brave titans had their golfing skills  tested in turbulent conditions before tucking in to the end of season dinner and prize ceremony. VPs guinness tasted especially good!

Rumour has it that a particularly fine pair of golf shoes were behind Sam's latest success on the Par 3 tour.
